Date: Saturday 26 and Sun 27 May 2012
Venue: Hadeda Creek, Parys, Vredefort Dome on the Vaal River. (90 min from JHB North)
Package (All Inclusive): Buffet Dinner Saturday, Buffet Breakfast Sunday, Buffet Lunch Sunday. Full Cash Bar available, swimming pool.
Accommodation (All Inclusive): Permanent tented camps with full ablutions, bedding and electricity. (Photo attached. Note: Not All tents are the same size)
Time: 3pm onwards. Schedule and Itinerary TBC.
Cost: R3200 per team (Extra Night's accommodation available at added cost. inquire via email)
En-suite, only 6 available, first come first serve basis @ R250 surcharge. (Total for En-suite is R3450).

Every team member gets a unique body warmer, photo disc, water bottle, techniblock product.

Guidelines and advice
1.    Each team must provide their own Mountain bikes and riding equipment.
2.    No Helmet No Ride
3.    Don't forget your running and/or trail shoes.
4.    Cap is advisable as Mid Day temperatures can rise
5.    Sunblock is provided
6.    All rafting and rope work is regulated and controlled by highly trained, qualified and skilled guides.
7.    Safety equipment while climbing, rafting and riding must be worn.
8.    Water and electrolyte drinks will be supplied at Aid Stations along the way.
9.    First Aid and EMS will be standby
10.    No Littering Please. We love that part of the world and want it to remain the same!
11.    Payment in Full must be made withing 10 days of booking or booking falls away and goes to the next person on the waiting list.
12.    No refunds will be paid if cancellation is less than 30 days notice
13.    Participants must be 18 years or older
14.    Participants will sign the indemnity upon arrival at registration
15.    Participants must be in moderately fit condition with no serious health problems. If a participant has a health problem, ensure it is made evident on the booking form.
