It's about time for an 'adventure' ride - The plan is to cover between 80 - 100kms over the course of the day.

We will meet at 8:15am in Hekpoort and make our way over Breedts Nek towards either Olifants Nek or Bufelspoort Dam. We'll take it reasonably easy (as it's the first long ride in some time) but make sure if you put your name down for this one you're up for the challenge.

Remember your helmet, enough fluid and snacks for the duration for the ride and a sunny disposition.

This will be a good start to the training for some of the longer races we have planned for the balance of the year. SO - get stuck in and count yourself IN...
